Common use of Observation Rights Clause in Contracts

Observation Rights. The Holder of this Warrant shall receive notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative to attend all meetings of the Company's Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall receive a copy of all correspondence and information delivered to the Company's Board of Directors, from the date hereof until such time as the indebtedness evidenced by the Note has been paid in full.

Observation Rights. The Holder of this Warrant shall (a) receive notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative to attend all meetings of the Company's Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall capacity, (b) receive a copy copies of all correspondence notices, packages and information delivered documents provided to members of the Company's Board of Directors for each board of directors meeting, and (c) receive copies of all actions taken by written consent by the Company's Board of Directors, from the date hereof until such time as the indebtedness evidenced by the Note has been paid in full.

Observation Rights. The Holder of this Warrant shall receive notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative to attend all meetings of the Company's ’s Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall receive a copy of all correspondence and information delivered to the Company's ’s Board of Directors, from the date hereof until such time as the indebtedness evidenced by the Note has been paid in full; provided that such representative shall execute such confidentiality agreement in favor of the Company as the Company may reasonably request.

Observation Rights. The Holder of this Warrant Agreement shall receive prior written notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative to attend in person (or in the case of a telephonic meeting, join in the conference call) all meetings of the Company's Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall receive a copy of all correspondence and information delivered to the Company's Board of Directors, from the date hereof until such time as the indebtedness evidenced by the Note has been paid in full.

Observation Rights. The Holder of this Warrant shall receive notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative (at Holder's expense) to attend all meetings of the Company's Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall receive a copy of all correspondence and information delivered to the Company's Board of Directors, from the date hereof until such time as the indebtedness evidenced by the Note has been paid in full.

Observation Rights. The Holder of this Warrant shall receive notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative to attend all meetings of the Company's Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall receive a copy of all correspondence and information delivered to the Company's Board of Directors, from the date hereof until such time as all indebtedness of the indebtedness evidenced by Company to the Note Holder has been paid in full.

The Holder of this Warrant shall receive notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative to attend all meetings of the Company's Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall receive a copy of all correspondence and information delivered to the Company's Board of Directors, from the date hereof until such time as the indebtedness evidenced by the Note has and by that Unconditional Guaranty of this date executed by the Company in favor of Holder have been paid in full.

The Holder of this Warrant shall receive notice of and be entitled to attend or may send a representative to attend all meetings of the Company's Board of Directors in a non-voting observation capacity and shall receive a copy of all correspondence and information delivered to the Company's Board of Directors, from . The Holder agrees to abide by all written rules and policies of the date hereof until Company regarding confidential information to the extent such time as rules and policies are generally applicable to the indebtedness evidenced by directors of the Note Company and the Company has been paid in fullgiven such Holder notice of and a copy of such rules and policies.
