Observe Covenants. To observe and perform the agreements covenants and stipulations (if any) referred to in Part 4 of Schedule 1 so far as any of the same are still subsisting and capable of taking effect and relate to the Premises and to keep the Landlord indemnified against all actions proceedings costs claims demands and liability in any way relating thereto
Observe Covenants. Observe, perform and comply with the covenants, terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Loan Documents and any other agreement or document entered into between the Borrower and the Bank.

Observe Covenants. It will observe and perform all covenants and stipulations from time to time affecting the Charged Property (including any lease) and all terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents as the same relate to any of the Charged Property.
