Nominated Subcontractors and Suppliers: Without limiting the Contractor's obligations and liability the Contractor must (in the absence of any reasonable objection by the Contractor that the Principal has accepted at the Principal’s sole discretion) employ any subcontractors or suppliers nominated in the Special Conditions.
