Common use of Obtain Consents Clause in Contracts

Obtain Consents. Promptly after the Signing Date, the Corporations shall make all filings and take all steps reasonably necessary to obtain all approvals and consents required to be obtained by the Corporations or the Shareholders to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and otherwise to satisfy the conditions of Sections 6.7 and 6.8.
