Obtain Regulatory Approvals. Bio-Management, its licensees or sublicensees shall use its best efforts to obtain, as soon as commercially practicable, regulatory approval to market in the U.S. at least one Product, and (b) shall obtain regulatory approval to market in the United States at least one Product within ten (10) years after the Effective Date.
