Obtaining Bids Clause Samples
The "Obtaining Bids" clause outlines the process by which a party solicits and receives price proposals or offers from potential suppliers or contractors for goods or services. Obtaining Bids. The Associate shall render interpretations and clarifications of the Contract Documents in Addenda.

SitelogIQ shall coordinate with the Architect the assembling of public project announcements, which SitelogIQ shall deliver to the appropriate School District representative for publication.

The Architect/Engineer shall render interpretations and clarifications of the Contract Documents in Addenda, shall develop and make recommendations for bidding criteria, bidding schedules and bidding information, and shall assist the Construction Manager to develop Bidders’ interest in the Project.
