Obtaining Certification Clause Samples
The Obtaining Certification clause requires a party to secure and provide proof of specific certifications necessary for the performance of contractual obligations. This may involve obtaining professional licenses, regulatory approvals, or compliance certificates before commencing work or delivering products. By mandating certification, the clause ensures that all parties meet required standards, thereby reducing legal and operational risks associated with non-compliance.
Obtaining Certification. To obtain Certification, you must (1) enroll in the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program; and (2) successfully complete the Certification Curriculum and required testing within the time period noted in this section; and (3) comply with all other requirements in this Agreement.

Tenant covenants, at no material cost to Tenant, to cooperate with Landlord in seeking LEED certification if Landlord so elects, provided, however, that Landlord does not guarantee or represent to Tenant that certification will be sought or that the Premises, Building or Project will be certified to any particular LEED standard; and

By sending You acknowledgement of certification, RSA confirms that, according to its records, You have complied with the initial certification requirements for the RSA Certification Program designation.
Obtaining Certification. To be certified as a CERTNEXUS Authorized Instructor, you must satisfy all applicable initial certification requirements described in the CERTNEXUS Authorized Instructor (CAI)
