Obtaining Landlord’s Consent. Whenever the consent of the Landlord is required under the Master Lease, and whenever the Landlord fails to perform its obligations under the Master Lease, Tenant agrees to use its reasonable, good faith efforts to obtain, at Subtenants sole cost and expense, that consent or performance on behalf of Subtenant.
