Whenever the consent of the Master Landlord is required under the Master Lease, and whenever the Master Landlord fails to perform its obligations under the Master Lease, Sublandlord agrees to use its reasonable, good faith efforts to obtain, at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense, that consent or performance on behalf of Subtenant, as requested by Subtenant for its benefit.
