Common use of Obtaining of Approvals Clause in Contracts

Obtaining of Approvals. The Company will from time to time take all action which may be necessary to obtain and keep effective (a) any and all permits, consents and approvals of governmental agencies and authorities and the CBOE or any successor United States national securities exchange and (b) any and all filings or notices under United States Federal and state securities laws, which may be or become required in connection with the issuance, sale, trading, transfer or delivery of the Global Warrant Certificates or the exercise of the Warrants.

Obtaining of Approvals. The Company will from time to time take all action which may be necessary to obtain and keep effective (a) any and all permits, consents and approvals of governmental agencies and authorities and the CBOE AMEX or any successor United States national securities exchange and (b) any and all filings or notices under United States Federal and state securities laws, which may be or become required in connection with the issuance, sale, trading, transfer or delivery of the Global Warrant Certificates or the exercise of the Warrants.
