Common use of Obtaining of Governmental Approvals Clause in Contracts

Obtaining of Governmental Approvals. The Company shall from time to time take all actions which may be necessary to obtain and keep effective any and all permits, consents and approvals of governmental agencies and authorities and securities acts filings under United States Federal and State laws, which may be or become requisite in connection with the issuance, sale, trading, transfer or delivery of the Warrants, the Global Warrant Certificate and the exercise of the Warrants.

The Company shall will from time to time take all actions action required to be taken by it which may be necessary to obtain and keep effective any and all permits, consents and approvals of governmental agencies and authorities and securities acts filings under United States Federal U.S. federal and State state laws, and the rules and regulations of all stock exchanges on which the Warrant Shares may become listed which may be or become requisite in connection with the issuance, sale, trading, transfer or and delivery of the Warrants, the Global Warrant Certificate and the Shares issued upon exercise of the Warrants.
