Obtain, maintain and preserve, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to obtain, maintain and preserve, and take, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to take, all necessary action to timely renew, all permits, licenses, authorizations, approvals, entitlements and accreditations which are necessary or useful in the proper conduct of its business, except where the failure to do so is not reasonably likely to have a Material Adverse Effect.
