Common use of Obtaining of Report Clause in Contracts

Obtaining of Report. It will cause Computershare Investor Services Inc. to deliver to the Standby Purchaser, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Units duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including (without limitation) those Units subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.

It will cause Computershare Investor Investors Services Inc. to deliver to the Standby PurchaserPurchasers, as soon as is practicable following the Expiry Time, details concerning the total number of Units Rights duly subscribed and paid for by holders of Rights under the Rights Offering, including (without limitation) those Units Rights subscribed and paid for pursuant to the Additional Subscription Privilege.
