Obtaining Partner Approvals of Partnership Actions. The requisite approval of the General Partners or Partners, whichever is appropriate, may take the form of the approval of an outline of the general terms of the transaction, and the negotiation of detailed terms may be delegated to the General Partners or to any one or more specified Partners, or the approval may be in the form of a blanket delegation of authority to the General Partners or to any one or more specified Partners to act on behalf of the Partnership in regard to a particular transaction that is being considered.
