Obtaining Permits. THE CONTRACTOR is under the obligation to obtain on its own and at its own risk, all licenses, authorizations, permits and any other rights granted under the law, and that are necessary to perform the operations subject to this Agreement.

Obtaining Permits. The DEVELOPER shall obtain in a timely manner and pay for all required permits, licenses and approvals, and shall meet, in a timely manner, all requirements of all applicable, local, state and federal laws and regulations which must be obtained or met before the DEVELOPER IMPROVEMENTS may be lawfully constructed. A list of the CITY permits, licenses, and approvals required is identified on Exhibit D.
Obtaining Permits. Lessee will work to make all applications and filings with governmental and regulatory agencies, and to conduct all other activities reasonably necessary to obtain all permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, and other governmental or regulatory matters which may be required to construct and operate a wind farm, and associated electrical, access, and other facilities, on the Property (the “Permitting Process”). Owner will provide access to any files and studies which Owner may have regarding the Property for use in the Permitting Process. Lessee will bear at its sole expense all costs incurred during the Permitting Process. Owner agrees (i) to execute any and all applications, statements, and other instruments reasonably necessary as part of the Permitting Process, and (ii) not to oppose any activities conducted as part of the Permitting Process. Owner hereby appoints Lessee as Owner’s agent in fact to execute any and all such applications, statements, and other instruments in the name of the Owner, if Owner is unavailable or otherwise fails to sign the same. Lessee agrees to provide to Owner copies of all permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, and other governmental or regulatory matters, which may be obtained as part of the Permitting Process.
Obtaining Permits. Crownbutte may begin work to make all applications and filings with governmental and regulatory agencies, and to conduct all other activities reasonably necessary to obtain all permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, and other governmental or regulatory matters which may be required to construct and operate a “wind park” (or “wind farm”) and associated electrical, access, and other facilities, on the Property (the “Permitting Process”). Owner will provide access to any files and studies which Owner may have regarding the Property for use in the Permitting Process. Crownbutte will bear all costs incurred during the Permitting Process at its sole expense. Owner agrees to execute any and all applications, statements, and other instruments reasonably necessary as part of the Permitting Process. Owner hereby appoints Crownbutte as Owner’s agent in fact to execute any and all such applications, statements, and other instruments related to the Permitting Process in the name of Owner, if Owner is unavailable or otherwise fails to sign the same. Crownbutte agrees to provide to Owner copies of all permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, and other governmental or regulatory matters, which may be obtained as part of the Permitting Process.
Obtaining Permits. Sensys Gatso shall prepare all permit applications, design drawings and other documents as may be reasonably required by Customer or any other governmental entity for the installation and operation of any applicable Camera Poles. Customer will provide to Sensys Gatso, at no cost, all Customer permits necessary for the installation of Camera Poles provided Sensys Gatso meets the minimum requirements for such permits. Sensys Gatso will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain any other necessary permits for the Camera Poles from applicable agencies and shall pay all permit or other fees charged by such governmental entities in connection with the installation and operation of the Camera Poles. Customer will reasonably assist Sensys Gatso in securing necessary permits from other governmental agencies, as required and shall agree to waive any permit fees that would be paid to Customer which Customer is legally permitted to waiver.
Obtaining Permits. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall promptly commence and diligently pursue the preparation, completion, filing and processing (in cooperation with Landlord) of all applications, plans, documents and materials it is required to obtain, including all zone variances or conditional use permits necessary to construct and operate a commercial recreation center on the demised premises, including all building and other permits required for the construction of the improvements on the demised premises. Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant so that all applications for such variances and permits are filed with the appropriate governmental authorities under Landlord’s supervision and, if Landlord elects, in Landlord’s name or the names of Landlord and

Obtaining Permits. Obtaining permits or providing drawings or exhibits in specific format, not generally related to golf course design or construction for the specific purpose of meeting applicable codes of appropriate governmental bodies of this agreement. Such plans may include, but are not limited to, silt control, dust abatement, zoning plans, water allocations or other special plans.
Obtaining Permits. If applicable, the Offerings may not be sold, supplied, leased or otherwise transferred nor may any related services be performed nor may the Offerings be used for a purpose other than that agreed upon without a necessary export or re- export permit from competent authorities. Provider shall use its best efforts to receive the required export permits and shall, upon receipt, furnish Customer with a copy of the export permits for his information. Provider has the right to withdraw from the Agreement, without incurring any liability for either party, if the required export permits cannot be obtained or cannot be obtained within reasonable time or, if once granted, are thereafter revoked or modified by the competent authorities.
