Obtaining Proposal Results. No solicitation results can be obtained until the City announces the proposal or proposals best meeting the City’s requirements. Proposal results may be obtained by: (1) e-mailing a request to the City Contact identified on the eBidding System or (2) visiting the P&C eBidding System to review the proposal results. To ensure an accurate response, requests should reference the Solicitation Number. Proposal results will not be released over the phone.
