Obtaining Written Permission Sample Clauses

The "Obtaining Written Permission" clause requires that a party must secure explicit, written approval from another party before taking certain actions or using specified resources. In practice, this means that activities such as reproducing copyrighted materials, making modifications, or disclosing confidential information cannot proceed unless formal written consent is granted. This clause serves to protect the interests of the party granting permission by ensuring control over how their rights or assets are used, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized actions and potential disputes.
