OCADFA Representation. 13.2.1 A representative of OCADFA may be present at all stages of the Complaint, Grievance, Grievance Arbitration and Dismissal Arbitration Process, and has the right to represent the Complainant or Grievor at each and every stage if the Complainant or Grievor so desires.
