Occupancy by Extreme Prior to Closing of a Sale. Prior to the ----------------------------------------------- closing of any sale of the Property to Extreme or an Applicable Purchaser hereunder, Extreme's occupancy of the Land and its use of the Property shall continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of the Land Lease, including the terms setting forth Extreme's obligation to pay rent, prior to any termination or expiration of the Land Lease pursuant to its express terms and conditions.
