Occupancy Phase Requirements. The District believes that the Commissioning process should extend into the first year of operations. The CxA shall complete the following warranty‐phase tasks: I. Respond and review to issues encountered by B&G staff during the first year of the warranty period (start date as determined by the District). II. No later than two (2) months prior to the end of the warranty period (currently 2 years), review building operations by surveying B&G staff and testing systems of concern to develop an issues log to be addressed by the contractor. Back check these items after completion. III. Organize and complete a lessons learned session with District staff including B&G, Sustainability, and Design teams. Communicate and discuss major issues encountered during design and construction and provide feedback to ensure future projects do not make the same mistakes.
