Common use of – Occupancy Termination Clause in Contracts

– Occupancy Termination. Subject to California Civil Code § 51.3, if the Qualifying Resident shall cease to be entitled to occupy the Unit, the right of all persons in the Qualifying Resident's household, whether or not Shareholders of the Mutual (unless such Shareholder is also a Qualifying Resident who executed this Agreement), and all other persons occupying or visiting the Unit, to continue to occupy or use the Unit, shall come to an end at the same time and without further notice being required.

– Occupancy Termination.
