Occupation and use of premises. The tenant must not permit persons other than the persons nominated in the special terms to reside at the premises without the written consent of the lessor. The lessor must act reasonably in exercising the lessor's discretion when determining whether or not to consent to a request by the tenant for any change to the approved tenants or occupants.
