Occupation Profiles and Rules. (A) The state will maintain on the DMS’ website the occupation profiles and the Rules of the State Personnel System. (B) In instances where the state determines that a revision to an occupation profile or occupational level for positions covered by this Agreement is needed, the DMS shall notify the Union in writing of the proposed changes. This procedure shall not constitute a waiver of the Union’s right to bargain over such matters in accordance with Chapter 447, Part II, F.S., and applicable law. The Union shall notify the DMS in writing within seven calendar days of its receipt of written notification, of its comments concerning the proposed change(s), or its desire to discuss the proposed change(s). Failure of the Union to notify the DMS within the specified period shall constitute a waiver of the right to discuss the change(s).
