OCCUPATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES. It shall be the sole responsibility of Vendor to comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations in the performance of Vendor’s obligations under agreement or contract with Attorney. Vendor certifies that Vendor has any occupational and professional licenses necessary to provide the services for which Vendor seeks compensation pursuant to this Due Process Contract.
