Occupational Disability Payments. In the event of an occupational disability resulting from an on the job injury which entitles an employee to benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act, the Company will provide payments equivalent to the amount specified by the Group Insurance Plan. This benefit is conditional upon the employee following the procedures outlined by the carrier and assigning the equivalent reimbursement to the Company when made by the carrier.
