Occupational Safety Hazards Act. Each Obligor has complied with, and will continue to comply with, in all material respects, the provisions of the Occupational Safety Hazards Act, as amended from time to time ("OSHA") with the exception of noncompliances that are not reasonably likely to have a material adverse effect on condition (financial or otherwise) of the Obligors, considered on a Consolidated Basis.
Occupational Safety Hazards Act. Borrower has complied with, and will continue to comply with, in all material respects, the provisions of the Occupational Safety Hazards Act, 29 USC §651 et. seq. as amended from time to time (“OSHA”), including compliance with any Asbestos or Radon survey, notice or monitoring or abatement requirements.
