Common use of Occurrence of damage or injury Clause in Contracts

Occurrence of damage or injury. Contractor shall orally report to CCI, as soon as possible, followed by an appropriate written report within 48 hours of the event, all accidents or occurrences resulting in death or injuries to any person, or damage to property of CCI, Contractor or third parties, arising out of or during the course of Work to be performed hereunder. Contractor shall furnish CCI with a copy of all documents and reports prepared by Contractor and submitted to Contractor’s management, insurer, governmental authorities or any other party regarding such accidents and occurrences.
