Common use of Occurrence of Lease Indenture Event of Default Clause in Contracts

Occurrence of Lease Indenture Event of Default. Subject to Section 4.4 hereof, the term "Lease Indenture Event of Default," wherever used herein, shall mean any of the following events (whatever the reason for such Lease Indenture Event of Default and whether it shall be voluntary or involuntary or come about or be effected by operation of law or pursuant to or in compliance with any judgment, decree or order of any court or any order, rule or regulation of any administrative or governmental body):
