OEM Relationships Sample Clauses

The OEM Relationships clause defines the terms governing the relationship between the contracting party and an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). It typically outlines the rights and obligations regarding the use, distribution, or integration of OEM products, such as specifying branding, quality standards, and support responsibilities. This clause ensures that both parties understand their roles and expectations in the partnership, helping to prevent disputes and clarify how OEM products are to be handled within the broader business arrangement.
