Common use of Of the Sub-Adviser Clause in Contracts

Of the Sub-Adviser. By entering into this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser represents and warrants that: (a) it is registered as an investment adviser under the Advisers Act; (b) it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement, and that the undersigned has full power and authority to execute this Agreement on the Sub-Adviser’s behalf;

Of the Sub-Adviser. By entering into this Agreement, the Sub-Adviser represents and warrants that: (a) it is registered as an investment adviser under the Advisers Act; (b) it has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement, and that the undersigned has full power and authority to execute this Agreement on the Sub-Adviser’s 's behalf;
