Common use of of this Series Supplement Clause in Contracts

As to any Distribution Date on or after the Credit Support Depletion Date, the lesser of (a) the balance of the Available Distribution Amount remaining after the distribution of (i) all amounts required to be distributed pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(i) and (ii) the amount required to be distributed to the Class A-P Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.02(c) of this Series Supplement, and (b) the sum of the amounts required to be distributed to the Senior Certificateholders on such Distribution Date pursuant to Sections 4.02(a)(ii)(Y), 4.02(a)(xvi) and 4.02(a)(xvii) of this Series Supplement.
