Common use of OFAC; Anti-Terrorism Laws Clause in Contracts

OFAC; Anti-Terrorism Laws. (a) Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary (i) is a Sanctioned Person, (ii) has assets in Sanctioned Countries, or (iii) derives any operating income from investments in, or transactions with, Sanctioned Persons or Sanctioned Countries. No part of the proceeds of any Loan hereunder will be used directly or, to the Company’s knowledge indirectly to fund any operations in, finance any investments or activities in or make any payments to a Sanctioned Person or a Sanctioned Country.

No part of the proceeds of any Loan hereunder will be used directly or, to the Company’s knowledge or indirectly to fund any operations in, finance any investments or activities in or make any payments to to, a Sanctioned Person or a Sanctioned Country.
