Off-Airport Storage of ARFF Vehicle. The Sponsor agrees that it will: A. House and maintain the vehicle in a state of operational readiness for the airport; B. Provide the necessary staffing and training to maintain and operate the vehicle; C. Restrict the vehicle to airport use only; D. Amend the Airport Emergency Plan to reflect the acquisition of the vehicle; E. Within 60 days, execute an agreement with local government including the above provisions and a provision that violation of said agreement could require repayment of Grant funding; and F. Submit a copy of the executed agreement to the FAA.
