Off-Premises Consultation or Work. An employee who is required to remain available for duty on standby outside his/her regularly scheduled working hours shall receive standby pay in accordance with the applicable articles in their Collective Agreement. When the response from such employee on standby does not necessitate travel, the employee shall be paid one and one-half times (1.5) the base rate for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes or for the duration of the response (whichever is greater). The employee shall keep a log of all responses and submit it to her/his immediate supervisor. The employee cannot receive pay for other calls or pages received during the same thirty
