Off-Site Infrastructure and Utilities Sample Clauses

Off-Site Infrastructure and Utilities. Within 12 months after the Challenge Period End Date, City shall, at its own cost, provide all off-site infrastructure and utilities to the Land with the capacity necessary to support operation of the Lodge Project, which shall include water, sewer, roadways (including curb, gutter, bicycle lanes, transit stops, and sidewalks to the site), communications, gas, electricity, and recycled water infrastructure, as further described in Exhibit K attached hereto; provided, however, that any such off-site infrastructure and utilities necessary to support commencement of construction of the Lodge Project shall be provided by City within 30 days after the Challenge Period End Date.
