Offer and Acceptance Program. (SOAP). A partially or fully unmatched applicant who is participating in the Match as a couple may contact the NRMP beginning at 11:00 a.m. eastern time on Monday of Match Week to obtain the city of the matched partner’s program to facilitate participation in the SOAP.
