Common use of Offer Document Clause in Contracts

Offer Document. This offer document sets out information regarding the grant of PSUs to Australian resident employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries or Affiliates and is provided by the Company to ensure compliance of the Omnibus Plan with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission's ("ASIC's") Class Order 14/1000 and relevant provisions of the Corporations Act 2001. In addition to the information set out in the Agreement, you also are being provided with a copy of the Omnibus Plan, the prospectus and the employee information supplement (collectively, the "Additional Documents"). The Additional Documents provide further information to help you make an informed investment decision about participating in the Omnibus Plan. The Omnibus Plan is not a prospectus for the purposes of the Corporations Act 2001. You should not rely upon any oral statements made in relation to this offer. You should rely only upon the statements contained in the Agreement and the Additional Documents when considering participation in the Omnibus Plan.
