Offer Document. The Company is pleased to provide Participant with this offer to participate in the Plan. This offer sets out information regarding the grant of RSUs to Australian-resident employees and directors of the Company and its Affiliates. This offer is provided by the Company to ensure compliance of the Plan with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission’s (“ASIC”) Class Order 14/1000 and relevant provisions of the Corporations Xxx 0000. In addition to the information set out in the Award Agreement, Participant is also being provided with copies of the following documents:
