Offer of Securities, etc. Neither the Lessee nor any Person authorized to act on the Lessee's behalf has, directly or indirectly, offered any interest in the Property or any other interest similar thereto (the sale or offer of which would be integrated with the sale or offer of such interest in the Property), for sale to, or solicited any offer to acquire any of the same from, any Person other than the Lessor and other "accredited investors" (as defined in Regulation D of the Securities and Exchange Commission).
