The submission of this First Amendment to Tenant or its broker or other agent does not constitute an offer to enter into this First Amendment or to otherwise lease the Expansion Premises to Tenant. This First Amendment shall have no force or effect until: (a) it is executed and delivered by Tenant to Landlord; and (b) it is executed and delivered by Landlord to Tenant.
