Common use of Offer Validity Clause in Contracts

Offer Validity. The validity of the offers / tenders should be 90 days (in case of single part tender) and 120 days (in case two part tender) from the date of opening of the tenders. Tenders with offer validity less than the period mentioned above, will not be considered for evaluation.
