Common use of OFFEREE DECISION Clause in Contracts

OFFEREE DECISION. Unless a shorter time period is specified in Section 20.1, the Offeree shall have thirty (30) days (the "THIRTY DAY PERIOD") after receipt of the Buy-Sell Offer to respond to either, but not both, the Offer to Sell or the Offer to Purchase, by giving the Offeror notice of such response within the Thirty Day Period. If the Offeree fails to accept either the Offer to Sell or the Offer to Purchase within the Thirty Day Period, then the Offeree shall be deemed to have accepted the Offeror's Offer to Purchase.
