Offeree Letter. Banc of America Securities LLC shall have delivered to such Purchaser a letter addressed to each Purchaser, special counsel to the Purchasers and special counsel for the Company, dated the Closing Date, describing the manner of offer and sale of the Series 2008-A Notes.
Offeree Letter. The Company shall have delivered a letter from First Chicago Capital Markets, Inc. to you and your special counsel describing in such detail as you may request the number and character of Persons to whom the Company or any Person acting on its behalf has offered any of the Notes or any similar securities of the Company and such other matters regarding the manner of such offering as you may request.
Offeree Letter. X.X. Xxxxxx Securities LLC shall have delivered to the Company, its counsel, each Purchaser and the Purchasers’ special counsel an offeree letter, in form and substance satisfactory to the Purchasers and the Company, confirming the manner of the offering of the Notes by such entity and the number of offerees. Section 4.12.
Offeree Letter. The Company shall have caused CIBC Xxxxxxxxxxx to deliver to the Issuers, their special counsel and your special counsel an offeree letter, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to you and each of the Other Purchasers, confirming the manner of the offering of the Purchased Securities by CIBC Xxxxxxxxxxx.
Offeree Letter. Collateral Agent and Lessee shall have received a certificate, substantially in the form of Exhibit L, from the Arranger, dated the Closing Date, with respect to offerees of the Notes (the “Offeree Letter”).
Offeree Letter. Administrative Agent and Lessee shall have received a certificate, substantially in the form of Exhibit S, from the Arranger, dated the Second Document Closing Date, with respect to offerees of the Notes and the Certificates (the "Offeree Letter").

SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc. shall have delivered to the Company, its counsel, each of the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ special counsel an offeree letter, in form and substance satisfactory to each Purchaser and the Company, confirming the manner of the offering of the Notes by SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc.
Offeree Letter. Banc of America Securities LLC shall have delivered to the Company, its special counsel, each of the Purchasers and the Purchasers’ special counsel an offeree letter, in form and substance satisfactory to each Purchaser and the Company, confirming the manner of the offering of the Notes by Banc of America Securities LLC.
Offeree Letter. An offeree letter shall have been issued by Wachovia Securities, Inc. to the Purchasers satisfactory to each Purchaser in scope and form.
