Common use of Offering Document Clause in Contracts

Offering Document. The Underwriter will not use, or distribute to other broker-dealers for use, any Offering Document in connection with the offer and sale of the Notes unless such Offering Document includes such information as has been furnished by Financial Security for inclusion therein and the information therein concerning Financial Security has been approved by Financial Security in writing. Financial Security hereby consents to the information in respect of Financial Security included in the Offering Circular. Each Offering Document will include the following statement: "The Policy is not covered by the property/casualty insurance security fund specified in Article 76 of the New York Insurance Law".
