Offering Products Outside Agreement. Company and its Affiliates may market, offer, sell or distribute insurance products, including, but not limited to, the Contracts, or any of their other products and related services, outside of this Agreement to customers of Broker provided they do not use Nonpublic Personal Information regarding Broker's customers provided by Broker to specifically target those customers, and such marketing, offering, selling or distributing by Company and its Affiliates of insurance (including but not limited to the Contracts) or any of their other products or services shall not be subject to the terms of this Agreement.
