Common use of Offerings of Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Offerings of Common Stock. At any time the Corporation issues a share of Common Stock other than pursuant to an Incentive Plan, the net proceeds received by the Corporation with respect to such share, if any, shall be concurrently transferred to the LLC and the LLC shall issue to the Corporation one Common Unit registered in the name of the Corporation.
