All telephone cabling from the Building telephone room located in the central core on each floor to the Premises and within the Premises shall be maintained at the Tenant's expense regardless of who paid for the initial installation. Landlord shall have no responsibility for the maintenance of any dedicated data cabling or special wiring installations installed for the exclusive use of a tenant in the Building.
