Common use of Office and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Office and Facilities. Employee shall be provided with an appropriate office in Costa Mesa, California, or such other place as may be mutually agreed upon and with such secretarial and other support facilities as are commensurate with Employee's status with the Company and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.
