Office and Miscellaneous Facilities. Net cost to the Contractor of establishing, maintaining and operating any office, sub- office, warehouse, housing or other facility in Cyprus directly serving the Hydrocarbons Operations. If any such office, sub-office, warehouse, housing or other facility is used for contract areas other than the Contract Area, the net costs thereof shall be allocated on an equitable basis.
