Office Closure. (a) The offices of the Employer will close at noon on the day before Christmas. Those employees who report to work for the morning shift (3½ hours) will receive payment for the afternoon shift (3½ hours) provided they would normally have been scheduled to work the afternoon shift. (b) If the Employer closes its offices at noon on the day before New Year's, those employees who report to work for the morning shift (3½ hours) will receive payment for the afternoon shift (3½ hours) provided they would normally have been scheduled to work the afternoon shift.
